What data do we collect, when, and on what basis?

In general, when you visit the Site, we do not collect any personal information about you. Our tracking tools fully anonymize your data (such as your IP address and/or data about your browser or computer device).

There are, however, pages where you can provide additional Personal Information to register or contact us.

This personal data will include:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email

The processing of your personal data that you fill in a form is based on your consent. You may withdraw your consent to this processing at any time by contacting us at privacy@unflux.fr.

Why do we collect your Personal Information?

The collection of Personal Data on the Site is limited to those allowing us to:

  • To take note of your questions and your needs, when you request an exchange with one of our sales representatives via one of the forms

  • To better understand your use of the site

Personalizing our services and messages to you with your consent when you fill out the form(s), we use your Personal Data to send you information that we believe is relevant to you via email. You may change your communication preferences at any time by contacting us at privacy@unflux.fr

We may use data to better understand our Users or for statistical purposes to analyze our Site activity and improve the services we offer. We perform audience measurement: for example, we measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits to the Site, as well as the activity of visitors on the Site and their frequency of return.

Who are the Recipients of your Personal Data?

Your data is processed by unflux employees only. We are fully aware that your data is confidential and we undertake not to disclose it to third parties. Under no circumstances will data collected on the Site and associated Sites be given or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal data (i) as required by law, regulation or court order (ii) to law enforcement or other government officials, subject to applicable law (iii) where we believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or is necessary to conduct an investigation of illegal or suspected illegal activity, subject to applicable law

Your rights on your personal data

In accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to limit their processing, the right to portability of your data, and the right to define the guidelines for the fate of your data in the event of death.

We pay the greatest attention to your personal data, nevertheless if you consider that the processing of your data infringes your rights you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés.

How long is your data stored?

We store your Personal Information in accordance with the following legal and regulatory requirements:

  • Technical data collected incidentally when you visit the Site (server logs, etc.) will be kept for a maximum period of one year

  • We keep information relating to the constitution and management of prospecting files for 3 years from the last contact from the prospect.

  • We keep the Data of inactive customers for the purpose of sending information on our commercial and marketing offers, within 3 years after the end of the commercial relationship.

Your Personal Data will be retained for longer or shorter periods of time if required by law or court order, and/or if necessary to defend or pursue legal claims.

How is your data secured?

The information collected is subject to computer processing. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, disclosure, misuse, alteration and deletion of Personal Data. These measures are adapted according to the level of sensitivity of the data processed and the level of risk presented by the processing or its implementation. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet or e-mail is not completely secure. While we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted via the Sites or by e-mail. Any transmission is at your own risk. Upon receipt of your information, we will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, disclosure, misuse, alteration and deletion of Personal Information.

Plausible

Slack
We use Slack as an internal messaging solution for the unflux team, so we may use Slack to respond to you. For more information on Slack's privacy practices please see their Privacy Policy.

Sellsy
We use Sellsy as our CRM to store your personal information (first name, last name, email). For more information about Sellsy's privacy practices please see their Privacy Policy.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that these service providers respect the confidentiality of your Personal Information and use your Personal Information only to the extent necessary to perform their functions and for no other purpose.

Right of access to your Personal Data

You have the right to request information about the processing of your Personal Data by unflux.

Right of rectification

If your Personal Information is altered or inaccurate, you have the right to ask us to rectify it. If we have transferred your Personal Information to a third party, we will inform the third party of the rectification.

Right to object to the processing

You may object to the use of your Personal Data for its own legitimate interests. We will consider your objection and determine whether the processing of your data unfairly harms you in a way that forces us to stop it. You may also object to the sending of personalized marketing messages by clicking on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the relevant email or by contacting us directly.You may not object to the processing of your Personal Data where we are required by law to do so.

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to ask us to limit our use of your Personal Information to the extent permitted by law.

Right to data portability

You have the right to request the direct transfer of your Personal Data to us, either directly from you or to another company, as permitted by law. Where technically feasible, we will arrange for the transfer of your Personal Data.

Right to be forgotten

You have the right to ask us to delete your Personal Information if:

  • We no longer need it for its original purpose in accordance with the original purpose of collection
